The inside of the tooth is very sensitive, so we will administer local anesthesia to make sure that the area is desensitized so you will not feel discomfort. Most patients report that having root canal treatment today is virtually painless and as unremarkable as having a cavity filled.

The procedure is usually done in one visit, although occasionally, a waiting period between visits is necessary.

To avoid complications, it is important to follow after-care instructions precisely.
